Our Aims

Empower and celebrate women in engineering by highlighting their achievements, increasing visibility, and encouraging more women to pursue engineering through events and collaborations.

Build an inclusive network where members can connect, share experiences, and support one another both academically and personally.

Provide opportunities to gain technical, leadership, and career-focused skills through industry professionals, guest talks, and workshops.

Advocate for inclusivity by supporting underrepresented groups, encouraging allyship, and working towards greater diversity and equality within engineering and STEM fields.

Combat gender imbalance within engineering by engaging with schools, colleges, and the wider community through outreach, volunteering, and workshops that challenge stereotypes, raise awareness, and encourage young people to pursue STEM pathways.

Empower members to take initiative, lead projects, and apply creative problem-solving to real-world challenges, preparing them to shape the future of engineering.
