Trip to New Holland Headquarters, Basildon

We visited the HQ of one of the world’s largest tractor manufacturers, New Holland, and took a guided tour of the factory.

Trip to BAE Systems' Facility

We visited BAE Systems' Facility in Great Baddow, Chelmsford, where we took a tour around their facilities and learned about various technologies, including drone development, material analysis and RADAR.

We attended a RADAR talk from Gary Cousins, Chief Engineer in Defence at BAE Systems, and a "Starry Night" Lecture/Social event, where Astrophysicist Mark Gallaway gave a lecture, we got to observe state-of-the art star observation equipment, and we got to see live samples of different planets and other extraterrestrial bodies.
