The company is able to attract excellent people because of the specialist skills and knowledge that can be taught to the highest levels. Graduates are able to join all sorts of areas, from engineering and commercial to HR and finance, and can choose from two graduate programmes:

The Professional Excellence Programme teaches the skills needed to be an expert in a chosen field, allowing graduates to learn directly from some of the industry’s most experienced professionals.

The Leadership Development Programme helps grow the future leaders of the business and will channel learning in a broader business context, tackling the operational and managerial dimensions of the chosen discipline.

We also offer internships and summer internships in a range of areas including Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Planning & Control. Summer internships are also available in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management and Supply Chain Planning & Control. Both types of internship are available at our locations in the UK, North America, Asia and Norway.
