This role sits within our Real Estate sector which works with market leaders in commercial real estate to develop innovative global zero carbon strategies. Our clients are building owners, real estate investors and developers and our services are shaped to help them transition to a net zero economy through buildings optimisation.
Our Deliver for Zero service acts on clients’ net zero strategic aspirations, breaking them down into implementable carbon/energy action plans and projects.
You work directly with clients to turn their aims into a reality through site audits, monitoring and proposing short-term data solutions to optimise efficiency.
As Junior Consultant in the Deliver for Zero team, your focus is on the delivery of our building energy management consultancy services to Verco’s Real Estate clients. You provide excellent technical capability and input to complex projects, working alongside different teams across the business. You visit our clients’ building portfolios, providing optimisation advice and completing onsite energy audits, group programme support and the development of net zero carbon strategies for clients’ assets.

This role represents the entry point within Verco’s consultancy career structure and the opportunity to develop and demonstrate the capabilities required to perform a full consultancy role within the business.
