Apply now for the position of Communications & Business Excellence Intern, and you’ll gain broad experience across communications, engagement and business improvement within a complex manufacturing organisation.
This varied 12-month internship will give you the opportunity to work with teams across the business, supporting how we communicate and engage with our people and visitors, while contributing to projects that help us continuously improve how we work.
In this role you will:
Support internal communications, helping to create and share engaging updates, initiatives and key messages across the business.
Contribute to branding and engagement activities, helping us communicate consistently and professionally with our people and wider stakeholders.
Support the planning and coordination of internal and external visits, including preparation, communications and supporting materials.
Help to review, document and improve business processes, identifying opportunities to make the way we work clearer and more effective.
Contribute to cross-functional projects, working with colleagues across areas including operations, engineering, quality and business support.
Support communications, engagement and business readiness activities as we continue the transition of operations between our Eynsham and Bicester facilities.
All of our interns also participate in our structured 12-month Intern Development Programme, developing professional skills such as communication, teamwork and commercial awareness alongside the experience gained within the role.
This internship may involve working at either or both of our Eynsham and Bicester sites as part of your role. Whichever location is your main base, you’ll be collaborating with teams at both locations and gaining unique insight into how a large-scale business manages the ramp-up of our new facility while maintaining day-to-day delivery.
