A woman in engineering, by a woman who's not an engineer

I’m not an engineer, but over the last two years at Atkins, I have often wished I was. I am in awe of their aptitude to locate problems, and corresponding solutions; the complexity of their projects and software used, which to my untechnical mind, looks like a minefield.
