You’ll be a talented graduate with a minimum 2.1 Bachelors/BEng degree in a relevant degree discipline.

We have opportunities for graduates from an Ergonomics, Human Factors or Psychology degree background to join our Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind human factors team in Bristol. Here’s a little about what the team does:
As a Graduate Human Factors Consultant, you will be part of a client focused team, and will work on a wide variety of projects across a range of sectors of industry including Oil & Gas and Offshore Structures, Transportation and Infrastructure. Some examples of local projects you could be working on are The Legacy Cylinder Facility project for Capenhurst Nuclear Services or one of many significant railway upgrade and re-control projects across the country such as Crossrail. You will also have knowledge and interest in the design and development of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI); task analysis; cognition and workload; human performance and human error; system ergonomics; as well as workstation and Control Room Design.
