Our Summer and Industrial Placements provide practical experience to get an insight into life inside AtkinsRéalis and a head start on our career. Each year, we offer top-performing placement students a fast-track into our Graduate Development Programme.
For students of all degree years, Summer Placements run for at least 8 weeks and offer insights into professional life at AtkinsRéalis. 12-month Industrial Placements are for students who are able to take a year out and work with an employer.
As part of the team, you can also benefit from our Early Careers employee resource groups (ERGs), which support the networking and wellbeing of young professionals throughout our organisation.
