We are recruiting for a Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer to be based in Kent’s Woking office.

Our Civil and Structural engineering team in Woking UK operates globally in both the Onshore and Offshore energy sectors and are working towards energy supply, sustainability and reducing carbon emissions. As a graduate in our engineering team you will be contributing to a variety of technically challenging and exciting projects, designing new onshore and potentially offshore energy projects, developing carbon capture and energy storage solutions, developing sustainable fuel facilities which may involve site visits to our client’s global installations.
The successful candidate(s) will join our Graduate Development Programme within our engineering team in Woking with duties including, but not limited to, those outlined below.

You will be joining our Woking Engineering Office team, working in conjunction with Kent’s global offices and resources to actively encourage and foster innovative solutions and new approaches to solve our client’s problems.
Initially working under supervision, with increasing responsibility as your career develops, your reporting line is to the respective Civil/Structural Group Manager.
You will join Kent’s Graduate Development Programme to provide structure and guide your career in the early stages. You will also join Kent’s ICE Approved Graduate Training Scheme, to work toward achieving Chartered Engineer status in a target 4-5 year time frame with support from your assigned Supervising Civil Engineer.

All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Shortlisting and pre-screening of applications will commence in early November. Candidates selected to progress to the next stage will be invited to interview, with interviews scheduled to take place from late November to early December 2026.
