You'll be aligned to one of our business areas, Civil Aerospace, Defence or Innovation Hub and
get the chance to work in innovation and concept development, design, testing, manufacturing or service support for sectors as varied as Electrical, Defence, IT and Digital & Data. You could see the progress we’re making on nuclear powered space travel, all-electric air taxis, or find yourself using data, technology and AI to improve a power station's impact on the environment.
Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are.
Any STEM degree, with subjects directly related to our work – or a joint honours degree that combines a STEM subject with another like business or economics.
You must be flexible about where you work, and be open to travelling between locations if required.
You’ll also need to be as passionate as we are about the world of technology. You’ll need to believe in the future of sustainable power, and its potential to change lives for the better. You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile in your approach to solving problems.
