Established in 2005, the GHD Business School coaches GHD people to develop skills to progress along their chosen career path and equips people with key tools to achieve broader business goals. The GHD Business School is the branded name for learning at GHD. It is a dynamic, virtual school that is responsive to the learning needs of GHD people.

The GHD Business School partners with technical communities and disciplines across the business to identify learning needs to accelerate technical learning excellence globally. The GHD Business School supports learning in a number of ways including: the development of dynamic content, bespoke workshops, through the GHD Technical Conference programme and via Professional Accreditation advice, i.e. through continuing professional development points or hours (CPD).
Learning and Development activities can be accessed as targeted and self-directed approaches combining face to face learning with virtual activities through various learning technologies including: on demand e-learning, virtual workshops and global on line collaborative activities.
Career Pathways is bespoke tool GHD uses to guide career planning. It is an innovative programme designed to help people develop their portfolio of skills and experiences for future roles. Underpinned by an interactive web portal featuring resources tailored to each career stage, it gives our people the tools and support they need to take charge of their own career paths.
