"I applied for the graduate scheme with the aim of gaining exposure to different departments and learn a diverse skill set.
This programme has given me the chance to rotate through different departments and involve with different teams. I have had the privilege of working with the permanent magnet design team, the power electronics team and the power systems team.
Working with these different teams has enabled me to use various design software, participate in test preparation, and engage in actual testing processes.
For my last rotation, I've chosen to continue with the power systems team seeking to learn more about systems engineering."
