"The engineering graduate programme gave me the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects, giving me a very diverse experience in different environments. My goal before joining the programme was learning more about power electronics and machine drive systems.
The programme has really allowed me to get involved and learn a lot about my topics of interest as well as other topics.
Through my rotations I got involved in the modelling, the design and testing of power electronic systems and components, installation and commissioning as well as working on the commercial side of the business such as technical budgeting, scoping and risk assessment for upgrades involving our products.
This allowed me to pick up a wealth of experience and new skills, putting the theory I learned in university to practice. Currently I am working on developing control systems for power electronic drives."
