Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):

  • Duration: 24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations
  • Accreditation: IET accredited programme
  • Community: Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the ‘Buddy’ programme for guidance from current graduates.
  • Development: Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialised training.
  • Gain Experience: Apply your skills within our electrical engineering teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: 2:1 degree in electrical/electronic engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering, robotic/mechatronic engineering or related fields.
  • Skills: Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
  • Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorisation for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
  • Deadline: 31st December (Applications reviewed as we receive them and the role may close early)
