Our approach to training and development covers the breadth of person we employ. This means we can really tailor your training and development no matter what your role.

Training

Every year we invest upward of £1 million in training, delivering a variety of practical hands-on courses to enable our people to work safely and competently on site.

Courses include Site Management Safety Training Scheme (5-day); abrasive wheels; slinger/signaller; working at heights; and confined spaces.

Our dedicated training team constantly review all training requirements and will ensure you're suitably upskilled to be able to undertake your role.

Development schemes

Formal development schemes for Civil and M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Procurement are well embedded.

These development programmes tie in with the objectives of the relevant professional body:

  • ICE - Institution of Civil Engineers
  • IET - Institution of Engineering and Technology
  • ICES - Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors
  • CIPS - Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply

This means that our people work towards a professional qualification at the same time as meeting our own internal standards.
