Our aim is to keep your application process as simple and straight forward as possible.
Here goes:
1. Start your search - Browse our current vacancies on our Gradcracker Hub.
2. Like what you read? Start your application - If the role sounds like it could be for you, simply click 'Apply to job' to start your application.
3. Sign up - The first time you visit you needed to quickly create an account. It's worth it - this will be the hub for all your important information. Already registered? Just log in.
4. Tell us about yourself - Time to upload your CV – you have the choice of uploading a new CV, choosing one from your profile (if you have applied to us before) or typing/copying one in. You'll need to upload a cover letter too, and any attachments to support your application.
5. Question time - Most roles will have a handful of additional questions to answer - remember, you can always save your application and pop back later to answer these if needs be.
6. Submit your application - Confirm that you're happy with all the information you've added before submitting your application for review by our specialist team of recruiters.
7. You made the shortlist! - If it sounds like you fit the bill for the role, one of the team will get in touch to invite you in for an assessment centre. Assessment centres include an introduction to the business, some group tasks and a short interview which are not stuffy affairs; more of an informal chat to help both sides to get to know each other a little better.
8. Welcome to the team - Because we don't like to keep people hanging on for an answer, we aim to let you know if you've been successful within seven to ten days. Been successful? Then welcome to the JN Bentley team!
