We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as an Operational Business Support Administrator as part of our Public Service Access Programme. Could you be who we are looking for? 

About the team/Department you will be joining: 

You will be joining a team based within the Operational Support Unit. The post will be part-time, and the post holder will be based at Swansea Central Police Station. However the post holder could be required to work in different locations within the Swansea Neath Port Talbot area. 

This is a part-time position requiring two working days per week, typically Thursday and Friday; however, a degree of flexibility in working days may be considered. 

About the role and your key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work as part of the Operational Support Unit team delivering a range of functions including support relating to Health & Safety, Estates issues, Human Resources, Minute taking, Finance/Budgets, Compliance & Property Management.

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, communicate effectively across all levels, and be able to collaborate confidently with colleagues. They should enjoy problem-solving with supervisory support, have a good understanding of Health & Safety, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and contribute proactively as part of a team.

This vacancy is suitable for job-share/part time working.

Successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV level
