We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Human Resources Administrator as part of our Public Service Access Programme. Could you be who we are looking for? 

About the team/Department you will be joining: 

You will be joining a team based within Human Resources. The post will be part-time, and the post holder will be based at Police Headquarters, Bridgend. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to work within our fast-paced HR Team where you will have opportunity to support the delivery of a range of projects and services within the department.

About the role and your key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work as part of the Human Resources Support Team delivering a range of functions including managing incoming queries, delivering high standards of customer service, general administration and navigating multiple HR systems.

This is a part-time position requiring two working days per week, typically Thursday and Friday; however, a degree of flexibility in working days may be considered. 

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, communicate effectively across all levels, and be able to collaborate confidently with colleagues. They should enjoy problem-solving with supervisory support, have a good understanding of HR, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and contribute proactively as part of a team.

This vacancy is suitable for job-share/part time working.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
