You’ll mainly be based at our Peterborough office, with the flexibility to work from home as part of our hybrid working approach. We believe some of the best learning happens when working alongside colleagues, so you'll spend regular time in the office building relationships, developing your skills and gaining hands-on experience. There will also be opportunities to visit operational sites and meet colleagues from across the East Region as part of your development.
You’ll start in a large cohort of other graduates and apprentices, where you'll attend an in-person induction in early September 2027, fostering strong workplace relationships that will build the foundation of your future networks.
You'll be offered additional support and guidance throughout the application process by our Early Careers team. Eligible applications will be reviewed by a human, every step of the way.
You’re only able to apply for one of our graduate schemes, so please consider this carefully. When reviewing your application, if we feel you might be a good fit for something else, we'll be sure to let you know.
Following a successful online application, you'll be invited to complete an online assessment. Candidates who progress to the next stage will then be invited to a virtual solo interview. The final stage of the process is an in-person Assessment Centre in December or January at our Peterborough Office. We'll share further details closer to the time, including the date and location.
