Now in its 10th year and for the second time on campus in Buenos Aires, The Academy is designed to give you a solid foundation in all things data, strategy and digital marketing. Blending dedicated masterclasses with on-the-job training, you’ll get to work with real clients, on real campaigns to produce real results.
Intensive learning programme
Brought to you by the team leading the way across Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon and the rest, the course starts with the basics and quickly brings you up to speed on all things digital.
You’ll get to learn on the job as part of a real Brainlabs’ client team and by the end of the year, you’ll be applying everything you’ve learned to solve clients’ unique business challenges.

The programme builds strong foundations across all the core areas of Brainlabs – everything from data solutions and campaign planning to client leadership and pitching for new business. The practical bit
Our dedicated team will sort your visa, travel and healthcare coverage in Buenos Aires. We also partner with a local provider to help you secure accommodation and navigate the move. Once you land in Argentina, we have Brainlabbers on the ground to support you. You don’t need to worry about the logistics.
We know that creativity, problem-solving and innovative thinking come from a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. We’re looking for recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds, who are aligned with our culture and looking for their next challenge.
The application process is multi-step and includes attending an assessment day in London or New York. There’ll be plenty of chances to ask questions along the way!
