The programme’s rotational structure allows you to immerse yourself in three key teams: Commercial Analytics & Insight, Revenue Optimisation and Sales Analysis. You’ll learn to influence decision right at the top of the organisation, whether forecasting our revenue for the coming months or providing insights on how events on the other side of the world will impact our business.
Your journey will give you exposure to senior leaders at British Airways. This is the ideal role if you want to be a well-connected, talented networker. On top of all the support and training that comes with your programme, your colleagues will often go out of their way to help develop you. There’s no reason not to be as ambitious as your imagination allows when you’re working in an area like Commercial Analytics.
