Todd joined PJA’s Graduate Development Programme after completing his degree in Town and Regional Planning at the University of Liverpool and is based in our Manchester office.
During his degree, Todd worked on several community and research projects in Liverpool designing more cycle and pedestrian friendly environments in key parts of the city. Todd’s work has since been featured within public engagement and consultation projects by key stakeholders in the development of the areas.
