In addition to an annual Personal Development Review, where employees take the opportunity to discuss their performance and future aspirations, we also support professional accreditation and job specific related training. 

We offer Business Improvement Training which is a government led standard. This programme is designed not only to improve technical but also interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills and equips our staff to lead their teams more effectively. 


Mentoring

To create a working environment that progresses our employees, we have recently introduced a mentoring scheme. The programme assigns employees to key individuals who can provide guidance and advice, utilising their own personal experiences to guide their mentee through a variety of business relevant situations.
