What’s the role?

Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy. This is all about the human-made spaces and structures that support how and where we live, work and play. It’s everything from individual buildings to entire cities and the infrastructure that connects them. Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Healthcare Project Manager at Ridge, you will gain valuable on-the-job experience while supporting the delivery of specialist healthcare built-environment projects across a range of facilities, including hospitals and health centres.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will assist with the day-to-day management of projects, develop strong client relationships, prepare project documentation and reports, attend, chair and record meetings where appropriate, produce reports aligned to key project stages, and support the tracking of project actions and progress. 

What do I need to succeed?

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in either Project Management, Construction Management or a Healthcare related subject obtained in 2026/2027 or I hold a bachelor’s degree in another subject together with a relevant Master’s degree 
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027 
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
• I am curious and eager to learn
