Race Equity Open Day (Virtual)

Wednesday 14th October 2026.

Before you apply for a Vacation Scheme, come and meet the firm at one of our Open Days!

Introducing Mischon de Reya
It's business. But it's personal.

This open day is run in collaboration with our M:BRACE committee and is a unique opportunity to learn about our EDI commitments, as well as how to prepare for our application process.

The Race Equity Committee is focused on initiatives that move us all towards an anti-racist mindset and create permanent, systemic change within the firm - and ultimately help Mishcon reflect the diversity of the society in which we live.

Our Race Equity Open Day takes place on Wednesday, 14th October 2026 for candidates in the penultimate year of their law undergraduate degree or final year of non-law degree and onwards.

If you are a first-year undergraduate student, please be advised you are not eligible for this event. We will be holding an Open Day in Spring 2026 which is open to first year students.

This is a virtual event, please apply the in-person open day if that suits you better.

Our Open Days are a chance to get a real insight into the type of work we do, the clients we engage with and life as a lawyer at Mishcon de Reya. It's your chance to get to know us better and understand what makes us tick but we also want to leave you with an increased level of commercial awareness about how a law firm operates, the current legal landscape and the future of the legal market.

We typically look for an expected 2:1 degree and ABB at A-level but we are ultimately looking for the best candidates. Please don't be deterred if your grades are lower than this, we are looking for people who have a strong application form across the board. Please enter your GCSE, A-level (or equivalent) and a full breakdown of your degree grades on the application form.
