Programme at a glance

Surveying

  • Gain commercial expertise and learn to drive project performance from the front line.
  • Control labour costs and monitor productivity to maximise project efficiency.
  • Value and negotiate contract variations and final accounts with confidence.
  • Manage multiple live projects, balancing time, cost, and quality.
  • Produce monthly commercial packs - performance insights, works-in-progress, and subcontractor analysis.
  • Strengthen client relationships and oversee cash collection, ensuring healthy project delivery and profitability.

Capstone project (final months):

Deliver a business‑improvement project with measurable impact; present outcomes to the executive team.

Destinations after the programme

On completion of the Graduate Scheme, you’ll be ready to take on core roles in the company, with the skills and confidence to lead projects, manage teams, and drive commercial success. Graduates typically progress into higher responsibility roles, with clear routes toward Project Leadership & Commercial Management.

Armed with multi-disciplinary experience and strong professional networks, you’ll stand out as a well-rounded professional, ready to make an impact and accelerate your career.

Who you are

  • 2:1 or above in quantity surveying/engineering degree
  • People‑first communicator; analytical, adaptable and resilient
  • AAA-BBB A levels or equivalent
