We’ve always been flexible when it comes to hours and will try to accommodate what you need to balance your life. Although we’ve embraced a hybrid approach to working you will need to be on site for prototyping work and might want to be in the studio with other team members.
You will need to crack on when push comes to shove (we do have deadlines).
You’ll get the chance to work with and learn from an inspiring team of engineers.
The studio and workshop are set in beautiful countryside. Within a few steps you can be strolling through pastures, woodland and alongside the river arrow (you might see a kingfisher).
