Your journey begins with a structured induction into life at OCU Group. Early careers cohorts attend a central induction event where you will meet peers, hear from senior leaders, including our CEO, and learn about the business and our culture.
Following this, you will complete a local induction with your team and manager. You will be supported by a mentor and buddy, with regular check-ins from our learning and development team as you settle into your role.
