OCU Group was appointed to design, construct and commission the new grid connection to provide the sole electric supply for the solar farm. |

Pitkevy (Fife, Scotland) 40MW BESS ProjectOur teams delivered the Civil and Electrical works associated with a new 40MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This included the construction of a new access road, platform, drainage, Distribution Network Operator (DNO) and customer switchroom buildings, 33kV cabling and the installation of MV transformers and BESS units. |

Axford Pipeline Thames WaterWe were appointed to deliver the Axford Pipeline scheme for Thames Water. The project involved constructing a 17.6km clean water pipeline, building a new booster station at Dorcan, and modifying facilities at Whitefield Reservoir. |

Street Works UK Material ClassificationWe faced the challenge of rapidly embedding a new set of environmentally-critical workflows across our street works operations. The protocol required all excavations to undergo desk-based and on-site assessments, enforce waste segregation from the point of excavation, and link decisions to street manager permits for full traceability. |

Hawton 132kV Cable DiversionsWe delivered the diversion of existing 132kV overhead line infrastructure at Hawton, Nottinghamshire, replacing eight spans of overhead line with a new underground cable system. The works formed part of a wider residential housing and relief road development scheme. |

Cork Harbour Horizontal Directional DrillingOCU Group was contracted to design and install twin 1,025-metre lengths of 500mm diameter SDR-9 PE100 foul main under Cork Harbour using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). A discharge chamber was constructed on the west shore, with tie-in works to connect to the existing network. |
