Join Priority Engineering as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and develop your skills on live projects in the UK and Europe, supported by an experienced team from day one.
About Priority
Priority Engineering is a fast-growing mechanical and electrical engineering company delivering projects across the UK and Europe. Our teams work across engineering, construction and quality, with safety, quality and delivery at the centre of what we do.
The opportunity
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will help deliver building services projects while learning from experienced engineers and site teams. Your work will reflect the project and your experience, with guidance and review as you develop.
What you will do
Help read and mark up mechanical layouts and schematics, review equipment information and draft technical queries with your lead.
Observe and support the coordination of HVAC, pipework and public health installations on site.
Assist with inspection records, suitable testing and commissioning activities, and handover information.
Who we are looking for
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, completed or expected before you start.
A proactive approach, curiosity and a willingness to learn, ask questions and act on feedback.
Good communication and organisation, and an interest in how building services projects are delivered.
Comfort with travel across the UK and Europe and being based overseas when a project requires it.
Previous construction or building services experience is welcome but is not required.
What we offer
A competitive graduate programme with support from an experienced team from day one.
Practical project work, with opportunities to observe, shadow and undertake training where useful.
A competitive salary and the opportunity to work on projects in the UK and Europe.
We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.
(This means that we will supply feedback if requested after an interview.)
