Managing varied projects in the programme across sales & marketing, supply chain and operations is a valuable experience and an enriching way to understand Linde’s core values, people, and culture in addition to gaining the know-how of the industry.
The international rotation expanded the understanding of how diverse teams operate for a shared goal. Setting base in an unknown country has created the ability to keep pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, embrace changes and build higher level of self-confidence to tackle new and uncertain situations which is an essential skill to be leader.
