Our highly respected Renewable department in the UK and Ireland, provides consulting engineers, data insights, deep technology expertise, modelling and software solutions. We do this to enable the successful rollout of renewable power and to deliver the energy transition. We are engaged in all phases, from initial concept evaluation through construction and commissioning into operations, life extension and decommissioning.
Within the Renewables department, our Renewable Projects section is a growing team of almost 50 experts in DNV’s UK & Ireland region. We are actively solving the biggest challenge of our time, the energy transition. We provide specialist consulting and assurance to the renewable industry for on and offshore wind, solar and storage.
Through 2024 and into 2025 we are looking to strengthen our teams and expand our capability further into the electrical networks and systems which enable renewable electricity generation.
Our work is primarily focused on helping our clients identify and mitigate the risks associated with their sites to ensure they perform as well as they can. As consultants, driven by the fast-paced energy market, we are asked to solve a wide range of customers’ challenges from equipment inspections to failure investigations and training.
As a Graduate Engineer in renewables, you’ll join a growing team of big thinkers who love investigating and finding innovative solutions to our industry’s most challenging problems. You will have the opportunity to travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas, so a flexibility and willingness to undertake this, is essential.
