Step 1 – Find the right job – Take time to search for the jobs on Gradcracker in your desired field or location.
Step 2 – Apply – Once you’ve found a role of interest, apply online using your CV.
Step 3 – Online Assessment – You will then be invited to an online assessment where you will complete multiple questions on verbal reasoning, numeracy and situation judgement.
Step 4 – Video Interview – Following on you will then record a 2 minutes video on why you want to work for us and why you want the role.
Step 5 – Review – We will then assess your application against the requirements of the role
Step 6 – Virtual Assessment Centre – You’ll be invited to an virtual assessment centre which will involve, a group activity, technical interview and competency interview.
Step 7 – Offer - Following on from a successful interview, you’ll receive a formal offer from us. This will include key information about our benefits, start date and the on-boarding process.
