"I am currently in the second year of my graduate scheme working in Strategic Business Partnering (SHRBP). In this role, I am given the opportunity to engage with stakeholders in our different Business Lines and support them in achieving their goals, targets and objectives. I am able to expand my knowledge across areas such as Talent Review, Payroll and Organisational Design, while also supporting with Demographic and Culture data, to help create an inclusive space."
