This is a programme for aspiring engineering experts, specialists and leaders for Thales in the UK. We are looking for people with a passion for engineering and/or design and development combined with an inquisitive mind and an intrinsic interest in people, leadership and success through teamwork.
This a 3 year programme with the option to rotate, in Year 3, around the country across different business units experiencing different parts of an engineering lifecycle. You will be assigned to a succession of new or existing programmes where you will work with and be supported by other engineers to design and develop engineering solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

You’ll spend your first three years with Thales under the guidance of the Engineering Leadership team. We’ll structure this time to make sure you develop experience in the full engineering lifecycle and the various engineering disciplines that contribute to it. With help from your mentor, you’ll figure out the career path that’s right for you, then spend the rest of your time shadowing and building experience in your chosen area.
