I was drawn towards Costain’s reputation for innovation and sustainability within infrastructures and energy sectors and Costain stood out to me for its policy of inclusivity and gender equality.
People! From the assessment day to date I enjoyed interacting with people in Costain and everyone is willing to share their knowledge and help people to grow, it is an inspiring place to start a career.
Be curious and a proactive learner. Use this opportunity to learn and ask as many questions as you can and also seek feedback. This is what I am doing and I would also advise the new graduates to do the same.
