I have learned to enhance my soft skills through the many opportunities and training Costain provides. I am most inspired by the people around me, who are passionate about making a real difference through their work.
I am currently helping develop a competency dashboard that will be used by all Network Rail employees to track skills and training. This will improve people’s lives by supporting the development of tools that make work safer and more efficient.
