The three-year leadership development programme is packed with variety and challenge, with the opportunity of promotion to the managerial level after completing the programme. Throughout the programme, you’ll develop your leadership skills by working on live projects and completing CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) training, preparing you for your first management role.
