The diversity present within Supply chain provides opportunity to explore various sides of the business from customer service in head office to operational factory roles. My operational role has given me the opportunity to lead a large project team from various functions to relocate a production line into the Burton factory. The learning curve associated with this has been immense; from managing civils to stock build to system transfers. It’s not every day we get to relocate and commission production lines so it’s an exciting time and function to be in.
