I joined the business working in Leeds on a European project, working to source deodorants, like Lynx and Dove, in a smarter way. Just 12 months later, I moved to the European HQ in Rotterdam where I helped develop our newest (and tastiest) Ice Cream products!
Along with variety, the responsibility given to each graduate is incredible. I was trusted to lead the team responsible for ensuring that the millions of pounds of orders we receive each day are processed accurately and on time. A lot of pressure, but you can always rely on a great support network of mentors, managers and experienced team mates.
