Our successful graduates will join one of the following teams within our Strategic Advisory business unit:
Asset, Data and Information – Building capability to optimise asset performance and deliver business objectives efficiently, as well as combining technical expertise with digital innovation to reshape how organisations use data, technology, and business models.
Business Change and Transformation – Supporting and advising UK infrastructure organisations during their ‘transformation decade’ to deliver a massive increase in capital investment. Helping them achieve key challenges, from building business cases to enhancing resilience and achieve net zero targets, embedding innovation management to designing and delivering digitally enabled operations to improve efficiency. You will work on supporting capital programmes integrate people, digital and physical resources, build capability to embed changes into operations, bridge the gap between strategy and delivery, and mature organisation processes and structures.
You’ll have the opportunity to rotate across the capabilities of the team, gaining broad experience and working with a wide range of clients. This approach ensures a well-rounded foundation and helps you discover where your strengths and passions lie.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2025).
We welcome applicants from a broad range of degree disciplines and are more interested in the skills and perspectives you can bring than in a specific subject. Typical degrees may include Business, Economics, Humanities, Mathematics, Business Analytics and Management, but this list is not exhaustive. You should be able to demonstrate an analytical mindset, using evidence and structured thinking to understand problems and develop solutions, alongside strong written communication skills that enable you to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Some of these opportunities will require you to be eligible to achieve security clearance. Security clearance is dictated by the types of projects we work on and normally requires you to be a UK British national or lived in the UK for five years or more.
