O2 Business is our new focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks - helping us win more business and better serve our customers.
Our scheme lasts 2-years, consisting of 3 rotations within our fast-paced, target-driven B2B organisation. You’ll experience areas of our sales divisions, working with customers in areas such as:
You’ll master each of these areas, learning how to profile and tailor your approach to each customer, selling them the services that meet their needs. Learn how to engage new prospects and retain existing customers while getting to know our amazing products inside out. The customers you’ll work with are demanding, but very exciting, and you’ll have the opportunity to support them through their digital transformation using our products, ultimately improving their customers’ experience.
This scheme will begin with a 10‑month placement based in our Manchester office. After this initial period, you’ll have the opportunity to work from other locations such as London or Birmingham as part of your remaining rotations, with travel between offices expected throughout the scheme. We operate an office‑first working environment, prioritising time together in the office to support learning and collaboration, while offering flexibility, including varying working hours and occasional home working, as agreed with your manager.

At the end of the scheme, you’ll have the chance to almost double your earnings with typical salaries ranging from £40,000-70,000. You’ll receive a starting salary of £32,000, a £2,000 welcome bonus and an extra £5,000 commission if you hit your targets (90% of Sales Graduates do in their first year!).
