At the end of every interview you will always be asked if you have any questions - make sure you do! You want to be as informed as you can be before signing the dotted line but it also shows the interviewers that you are interested in the role and leaves a good impression.
Write them down on a piece of card or paper and keep it on you. Don’t rely on your memory or being able to think some up on the spot. Doing this will give you greater confidence and free up space in your brain.
You want to come away confident that you are joining people who will invest in your technical and personal development
Does the work sound interesting? Do they sound interested in what they are doing? Can you see how your skills might be used? How relevant is the application process to the role itself? With recent graduates ask them any questions you don’t feel confident asking the interviewers.
You only have a very narrow window of opportunity to get an insight into the working environment, the people you will be working with if you accept the role and the responsibilities of the role itself. If you are attending your interview in person you will probably only be there for a short time.
