We are not looking for AI-written perfection; we are looking for people with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving complex challenges.

Top tips for responsible AI use in your application:

Some of our graduate and early careers opportunities include a video interview stage. This is your chance to bring your application to life. While AI tools can help you prepare (e.g., practising responses or improving confidence), they should not be used to script or simulate your answers.

We are looking for your genuine communication style - how you think, solve problems, and connect your experiences to our work. Using AI-generated scripts or filters can prevent us from seeing your true potential and might put you at a disadvantage in later stages.
