If you want work experience that really counts, consider a placement with Phillips 66. We are now looking for a Chemical Engineering student to join us for a One Year Industrial Placement starting in July 2023.

Your time will be spent on specific projects or working alongside our experienced Chemical Engineers monitoring unit operations. You’ll be given real work to do and real responsibility, either as a unit engineer looking after our process unit’s day to day running and optimisation or our refinery energy and utility management. In addition to core responsibilities you’ll be given a variety of work and experiences, including working with multiple disciplines, getting hands on site experience as well as the opportunity to get involved with maintenance inspections inside process vessels.  This is a great opportunity to put your theoretical skills into practice and gain invaluable experience within a business environment.

Should you do well during your time with us, you may be considered for a graduate position upon completion of your degree.

Please include a cover letter with your application explaining how you meet what we are looking for. Please also include your 'A' Level results or equivalent on your CV.
