About the role you are considering

At Capgemini Invent, we combine strategy, technology and innovation to help organisations solve complex challenges and deliver lasting change.As an Associate Consultant on our Business Technology pathway, you'll support transformation programmes, contribute to client projects and develop your consulting, technology and problem solving skills while working across a range of industries.As part of the Accelerate Graduate Programme, you'll benefit from structured development, hands on learning and early career opportunities.

The Accelerate Programme

The Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience. Following an initial three week induction and a twelve week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home. Please note that you will be unable to work from home 100 percent of the time.

The specific roles available within the Business Technology pathway as an Associate Consultant are:

  • Technical Strategy and Change Consultant
  • Digital Trust Consultant
  • Junior Architect
  • AI and Digital Workplace Consultant
  • Digital Business Analyst
  • Digital Delivery Consultant
  • Cloud and Infrastructure Consultant

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting business and technology transformation initiatives
  • Conducting research and analysis to solve business challenges
  • Gathering and interpreting business and user insights
  • Supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Contributing to technology enabled solutions
  • Presenting findings and recommendations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
