	Drake's Place - Wates Residential The development of Drake's Place transformed a long-vacant brownfield site that was owned by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA,) creating 75 much-needed new homes. This includes 49 homes for private sale, 26 for affordable rent and six for shared ownership, split across a mix of contemporary one and two bedroom flats and two and three bedroom houses.

	Meadowhall Shopping Centre - Property Services Wates Smartspace delivered its first project for British Land in 2014, undertaking a 20 week refurbishment of its Park Lane shopping mall which is housed within the popular Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield. The Meadowhall refurbishment saw Wates Smartspace undertake a complete programme of redecoration at the mall, working within a challenging live trading environment and with high-level access to contend with.

	One St Peter's Square - SES Engineering Wates Group subsidiary SES Engineering Services delivered a key element of Manchester City Council’s £185m transformation and redevelopment programme at One St Peter’s Square for Elisabeth House General Partner Limited (a joint venture partnership between Argent and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund), which provides all the essential elements of an exceptional world-class building.
