Our targets at a glance

Net Zero by 2050

Telent is committed to matching the UK's climate targets to deliver 'net zero' for scopes 1, 2 and 3 by no later than 2050. Our Sustainability Strategy sets our long-term route map to reach this goal.

50% Co2 Reduction by 2030

Telent has set ambitious science-based targets, approved by the Science-Based Targets Initiative, to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by a minimum of 46.2% and to reduce Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services by 55% by 2030.

Zero waste to landfill by 2025

Telent views all waste as a valuable resource and as such have set ourselves an ambitious target to divert all waste from landfill by 2025 through adoption of circular economy model.

80% Recycling Rate in 2024

Where waste cannot be avoided, we have recycled as much as possible in accordance with the waste hierarchy. We met our targets to reach 80% recycling rate. We worked with our supply chain partners, clients and waste contractors to achieve this goal.
