We have a dedicated Equality Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group made up of passionate volunteers from around the business. Their role is to provide direction and support for Telent’s ED&I strategy, drive initiatives, and support Telent in meeting its commitments. |

Telent CommunitiesTelent Communities play an integral role in supporting a One Telent culture. Our teams are spread out across the UK, and our Communities help to keep colleagues connected and supported. Our Communities are led by volunteers from around the business, and provide a place for colleagues to connect, support, and engage with one another. Examples of our Communities are: Pride at Telent, Military Community, Menopause Group and many more. |

Gender Pay Gap ReportWe are continually working towards improving gender equality – not just within Telent but in the industry as a whole. We are making great progress, but we recognise there is always more to be done to reach this goal. One of the areas we work hard in is maintaining pay equality for equivalent jobs. We undertake annual reviews to actively address any unwarranted gaps and ensure our policies and procedures are fair. |
