Telent is thrilled to announce the business has been awarded the prestigious Gold Award as part of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The scheme recognises the commitment and support that organisations demonstrate to defence and the armed forces community. It includes bronze, silver, and gold awards for employer organisations that align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant (a promise ensuring that those who serve, or who have served, in the armed forces and their families are treated fairly).
The Gold Award is the highest honour granted by the Ministry of Defence as part of this scheme. It acknowledges employers who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and have gone above and beyond in their efforts to support armed forces personnel and their families. It also acknowledges Telent’s active support in the recruitment of service leavers, reservists and adult cadet volunteers.
